Hugo Boss Aqua

Hugo Boss Aqua
what cologne is better?

unforgivable by sean john, aqua di gio, armani code, usher, Hugo Boss, gucci, lacoste essential, escape, safari, etc

open for other suggestions

and this is all for men

My advice would be to go to a department store, like Macy's, OR a specialty perfume shop, such as Perfumania or Perfumerie Douglas, and sample different colognes. Everyone has a different taste as to which they prefer, and it's all a matter of opinion. What one person likes, another might hate, and vice versa. It really also depends on your personality. So go, in person, and see what you like. Have the salesperson spray some on a white card, so your arms don't become covered in 10 different colognes, as you sample. (It is also confusing to your nose to differentiate the scents after awhile.)

Something to keep in mind as you shop:
There are different colognes depending on the occasion (casual or fancy), time of day (work/day, night/club), and season (summer-light versus winter-heavy). Keep in mind that colognes are also categorized according to the type of their fragrance notes. The basic types are citrus, fruity, woods, tobacco, spicy, floral, and musk. Ask the salesperson to sample one from each category to identify which overall type you like best. Then sample colognes from only that category and narrow down from there.

To answer your question:
Armani's Acqua di Gio is my favorite. I have this one, and it is my go-to standard cologne. It has a citrus base, which I prefer.

I have a lot of friends who wear Armani Code. It's extremely popular, so if you want to stand out, I would avoid it. In addition, I find that Code smells bad after the initial top notes wear off.

I am not familiar with Sean John, Usher, etc. but my advice is to stay away from cologne marketed by celebrities or famous singers, as I'm not sure how refined and high-class their product is. I would stick to cologne from major trusted design houses (i.e. Armani, Versace, etc.), but my taste is very expensive/refined so maybe I am biased!

I believe Lacoste Essential is a pretty good cologne. I am familiar with Lacoste Pour Homme and I think pretty highly of it.

I'm not sure that Gucci is too popular; I believe I tried a Gucci on my arm at Macy's.. it was nice till it wore off 10 minutes later and revealed the mid-note scent which was nauseating... I couldn't wash it off fast enough. But not all Gucci's are the same, and it might not be the one you're thinking of.

Hugo Boss is just okay, I would rate it at average -- it is not my top pick. I have had Boss In Motion for a few years, and never use it.

I just bought Burberry Brit for my friend and Burberry Weekend for myself during the holidays. Brit has a very refined, expensive type smell, whereas Weekend is a bit more light and airy... probably better suited to summertime.

My friend has got Versace Eau French, which I like very much, albeit the smell can be a bit faint after awhile and perfume-y. I think colognes need to smell masculine, not flowery. But Versace still makes great colognes and perfumes, and Eau French is still damn good.

Armani's Emporio Armani line makes a cologne and perfume called Diamonds by Emporio (as another poster mentioned). This is an excellent cologne as well (I find it to be very similar to Acqua Di Gio, just a little more subtle, weaker, and more refined). I recommend this one.

Also try Dolce & Gabbana. A lot of women go on and on about how much they love Dolce & Gabbana "Classic" , but I never bought it because I felt it was too feminine. Dolce & Gabbana "Light Blue" is a really popular cologne, but I think it's a bit weak - but you still can't go wrong with "Light Blue." Dolce & Gabbana recently came out with a good cologne called Dolce & Gabbana "The One". This has been a top-selling cologne and is highly recommended as well.

Polo's line is pretty masculine, but I find them a bit brutish and very overpowering. But I suggest you check it out and make up your own mind on that one.

If you are looking for a strong scent, you also might like Jean-Paul Gaultier's "Le Male". I'm sure you know it (it's the green bottle in the shape of a male torso.) It is really overrated and way too popular, if you ask me. I find it WAY too overpowering and almost nauseating. But I do admit that I USED TO wear this a long time ago (along with 10 million other guys my age), but not anymore.

There is also a line by Japanese designer Issey Miyake. He makes L'Eau D'Issey. I have some friends who wear this and they really like it too.

Cartier - I recommend too.

I hate CK and Curve - so don't by those!

I am pretty loyal to Armani so I would recommend Acqua di Gio or Armani Attitude (smells good too), or Emporio Diamonds. If you want to sample several Armani's, for example, you might even want to buy a 3 piece gift set (there is one for Armani that includes Acqua di Gio, Attitude, and Code and there is one for Emporio Armani that is just Diamonds cologne and Diamonds shower gel, etc.).

How To Pick Up White Girls - TDD Exclusive Article

Alright guys, back again with some more solid advice for you on how to pick up white girls. Well, how do you expect to accomplish this if you haven't yet cleaned up your own act? Read on.

So, I can't stress enough that when it comes to very solid game (i.e. you are expecting some tangible results from the interaction i.e. a relationship or sex) then you have to put particular importance to how you're coming across visually.

90% of people nowadays are visual. With the internet and multimedia age at a boom people are more visually focused on their Television screens, laptop monitors and ads. Most of people's referential system will be based on that.

I'm not saying looks are everything, however communicating certain qualities through your looks counts. Now, you cannot change your face, jaw, height, skin color (maybe surgically) but you can change how your impression is interpreted by women.

For today, I'm not going to go all fashion on you guys, but I will share my basic first impressions tool kit before I go out of my door everyday, meaning its the most basic basic stuff.

SKIN CARE - I cannot reiterate how far proper skin care can take you a long way. It shows that you are clean, sharp, and kissable. I recommend hydrating with 8-10 glasses of water a day, getting 6-8 hours of sleep, and having a maintenance product. For me, I use Neutrogena's 60-second acne prevention mask. I slap it on there for about 60 seconds, feel the cooling effect, and rinse it off. It leaves my skin soft, clean, and protected from any acne build up. After that i put on Neutrogena for men Moisturizer (SPF15) to make sure my skin isn't dry, and is protected from the sun's harmful UV rays. I apply this on my face and neck. If Acne does happen, I found a miracle solution that instantly makes the acne disappear, and it doesn't dry or burn it like the usual acne creams out there. I use Clidamyzin Benza Clyn Topical Gel. It is AMAZING, trust me.

EYES - I don't know about you guys, but my sleep schedule is usually out of whack, so I make sure I have some Visine Advanced Formula hanging around, as well as some L'oreal Advanced Revita Lift Eye Cream that I apply on my eye bags should they come up. You don't want to look like some super tired guy in front of people, let alone someone who looked like he took a shot of valium.

TEETH - I don't have perfect teeth (although I am considering getting invisaline braces next month for my birthday), but for now what i can do is keep them shiny white. I believe the Crest non-alcohol whitening mouthwash is perfect. Its mild, feels good in your mouth, and does create that whitening effect post brushing.

HAIR CARE - Now, this may heavily vary (as does facial hair stuff), but I have pretty short hair so I use design line whipped wax which is more creamy than solid. But should you grow spikes or what not i do suggest using any of the spiking glue out there. Blow dry stuff out if you want to get the best angles.

BODY MOISTURIZER - Now, this is also highly overlooked by most guys. You don't want to leave the house looking dry at your neck, elbows, knees and legs, so please use some body lotion.

STANDARD COLOGNE - Always have your "standard" cologne, and stock it up good. Standard meaning its not just for the night time but for the day as well. My all-time favorite standard cologne is Hugo Boss Men. Its long-lasting and very very noticeable. Some like Aqua Di Gio. Its one of those passive attraction switches that will up your chances more, just like your first impressions in general.

There you have it for now. Before I leave the house I make sure those areas of my looks are taken cared of. I noticed that people did respond better to me versus not taking care of that area as much, and I could pretty much get away with a lot of things because I did project myself as a good looking guy who takes care of himself.

If you follow my advice, which you should, you will DEFINITELY have a much easier time picking up white women.
